These terms apply to services provided by Zedoft Technologies. Specific terms in a signed quotation or agreement take priority.
- Quotation Validity: This quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: Advance payment and milestone payments will be agreed upon before project commencement.
- Project Timeline: Delivery timelines will be confirmed after finalising the project scope and receiving the required materials.
- Scope of Work: Any additional features, revisions or services outside the approved scope may incur additional charges.
- Third-Party Charges: Domain registration, hosting renewals, paid advertising budgets, premium licences and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly included.
- SEO Disclaimer: Search engine rankings, organic traffic, Google Maps visibility and video performance cannot be guaranteed.
- Client Responsibilities: The client must provide accurate business information, content, brand assets, access permissions and timely approvals.
- Maintenance & Support: Support duration, maintenance coverage and response times will be specified in the selected package or agreement.
- Project Approval: Work will commence after quotation approval and completion of the agreed initial payment requirements.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation, refund and work-handover terms will be governed by the agreed project contract.
